Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation terms work:

Individual Reservations

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
  • Full reservation amount is charged after the free cancellation period ends.

Group Reservations (12+ guests)

  • Free cancellation up to 21 days before check-in.
  • Cancellation 20–10 days before check-in: fee equals 1st night of stay.
  • Cancellation less than 10 days before check-in: full amount charged.
