Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation terms work:

Individual Reservations

  • Please note that you will be charge the total amount of the reservation during the booking procedure.
    You can process the payment directly online at the time of the reservation or through a secure pay by link we will send to you inside the pending reservation email.
    The secure pay by link is valid for 20 min; if the payment is not finalised, the rooms you reserved will be release after 20 minutes.
    Please be aware that in order to offer the best possible price, the only rate available is a Non Refundable Rate, which allows a free date change. 
    Date changes are granted according to availability and within the same calendar year. Any price increase for your new dates must be paid directly upon check in.
